  • Cut-off Time: 5 PM EST (New York).
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

C. DELIVERY CARRIERS

We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx for shipping.

D. ADDRESS CHANGES

Request address changes within 24 hours of ordering. Changes are unavailable once an order is in transit.

E. CANCELLATIONS

Cancel orders before dispatch. If dispatched, refer to our refund policy.

F. DAMAGED PARCELS

Reject damaged parcels if possible. For delivered damage, contact customer service immediately.

  • Tracking: Sent via email after dispatch.
